I understand that this first step - making contact - can be challenging for you. However, you'll find me friendly, open, easy to talk to and genuinely interested in helping.

You may feel a little anxious or even embarrassed to ask for help but that is the first step on the road to recovery. You can break free and regain control, but the first step is to be able to ask someone to help. To talk about it. To have someone who understands, who will not be judgemental, who will listen, really listen to your story, who can help and be there for you with support and advice. At your side and on your side for however long it takes.

I subscribe to a very strict professional code of conduct which protects your confidentiality. You can be assured that whatever we talk about within a session is held strictly confidential.

I'm always happy to travel to see you in your own home and charge a travelling cost of 50p per mile outside a ten mile radius.

My only goal is to help you to achieve yours.
